Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in the main season but variable during the low season for short winter breaks. please don't hesitate to contact us.

Wells is undeniably one of the best holiday locations on the North Norfolk coast, it boasts of a wonderful beach, which can be recognised in several scenes.
The nature reserves of Cley, Holkam,Titchwell & Pensthorpe are amazing for all age groups & close enough to visit Cromer or Hunstanton for the day.
The Quay has stunning views along the quay & out to sea. Local fishing boats can be seen bringing home their daily catch on the high tide, Private yachts & boats moored along the pontoons make a lovely picture together with the Albatros a Dutch sailing boat, selling its traditional pancakes & often providing live shanty type music etc ...Wells also has many good eateries with fabulous surroundings.
Along the Quay the queues outside the fish shops speak out just how delicious their food is. Give our local producers of good food a try, you won't be disappointed.
