About Glaven Valley

The Glaven Valley website was set up to provide online marketing for local holiday accommodation businesses in Norfolk.

History

The Glaven Valley website was started in 2001 by Steve Wiles who very early understood the usefulness of an online marketing tool for local businesses. He brought his friend Oliver Riviere to assist with the technical side of the development.

In 2012 Steve's son Harry became involved and drove forward the development, and in 2014 Emma Young took on the customer services role.

In 2023 Glaven Valley was acquired by Josh Ralph following the retirement of the previous owners, marking a new chapter for the company!

Customer Services

Emma, our invaluable customer services supervisor, was born and brought up in Norfolk. She provides day-to-day support for our property owners and guests alike.

Locally based

All our staff live in Norfolk and just about all of them were born and brought up in Norfolk! We understand the area, know where the the holiday cottages are located and we are able to give useful, focused advice for both visitors to the area and cottage owners alike.
