No 58:The Old Bakery, has been sensitively modernised yet maintains its original charm. The accommodation features an open plan kitchen/dining room, good sized cosy lounge, two bedrooms, en-suite bathroom & separate shower room.
The kitchen is fully fitted to /include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. Dining area comfortably seating six -eight and a traditional wood burner for those romantic dinners.
The comfortable lounge offers two sofas a flat screen TV and DVD player. You will find a small library of DVD's, books and games. Wifi is included in the cost of your holiday.
The ground floor offers a shower room and toilet, small utility room and plenty of coat and boots space!

We had a really good week in Wells! We have stayed in Wells many times in the past. We all loved the cottage, it was so well equipped with such nice things . We very much appreciated the welcome box. Our family came one day and the children enjoyed all the toys. We loved the courtyard and enjoyed afternoon cups of tea sitting in the sunshine.
The cottage was in such a great position for pubs in the evening, the two supermarkets and Staithe Street. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wells. We have stayed in holiday cottages in other parts of the UK and this was by far the best.
We hope to stay with you again. Thank you for letting us use your lovely cottage.

We had a fabulous time in Wells, The Old Bakery was just perfect, warm, cosy, clean and tastefully furnished throughout. Thank you for the goodies all much appreciated. We have been having a week away locally at this time of year for the last five years as it’s a good time to recharge the batteries after Xmas and New Year festivities. We have several favourite cottages in the UK that we regularly return to and yours is definitely one on the list!.

The restaurants have really changed since we last went to wells crabhouse and season were both amazing.
Your cottage was so modern, stylish and homely I cannot think of anything that would make it better or improve it.

Well what can we say! WOW! We loved your Cottage, it was so cosy and well equipped.The kids had a ball with the toys and dvd's especially when they found the 3D glasses! We've had a super week of walks, visits to the beach, crabbing and eating and drinking in our fav places. Everything was perfect.
We are so glad we found your beautiful cottage and will hopefully book it in the future.

I I just wanted to say what an amazing time we all had at the cottage over the weekend. Everyone was in high spirits as we were in Wells for a wedding which made for an even more superb time.
Everything about the cottage was perfect, from the decor to the comfy beds, fluffy towels & the enormous bath! This was our first time in Wells & we fell in love immediately. We will 100% be coming back to stay in The Old Bakery again & will spend some more time exploring the surrounding areas, the beaches in particular.
Thank you so, so much again We have definitely got the holiday blues now we are back in the old routine.

Located at the bottom of the (Old) High Street which is a quiet narrow road just yards from the Buttlands and a short walk to the Quay.
This area of Wells is popular with holidaymakers due to its abundance of fisherman's cottages, narrow quaint alleyways. From the cottage all of Wells next the Sea attractions are within an easy walk, The Buttlands housing the famous Crown Hotel, pubs, restaurants, shops, nature trail & coastal paths.
