Holiday makers will find your cottage on Glaven Valley and are able to send booking enquiries directly to you. This means you can manage your own diary which we see as a real advantage for cottage owners. You're free to choose who you rent your cottage to, when, and how much for.
We don't impose onerous conditions on your property, you can market it as you see fit.
You can list your accommodation solely on Glaven Valley or structure your marketing with complementary exposure on other platforms. We provide up to date tools for synchronising your availability information.
We don't have any hidden fees
We have a flat, annual fixed fee of £150 for all accommodation listings on the website.
This means no Booking Fees!
You lose no percentage of the booking as a “booking fee”, there are no host and guest “service fees” which can add up to quite a difference between what the guest pays and what the host receives.
The enquiries you get through Glaven Valley are always direct to you and any bookings achieved through these contacts are never diluted by any charges or booking fees, however subtly expressed!
So that 10%, 20% - or even more - doesn't get deducted from your share of the booking. Add up the bookings fees over a season and you can see that any bookings you can get directly from the holiday maker are a very valuable part of your business.
We also don't charge for extra photos or anything like that. All the features that make your cottage look great are included in your subscription.
Good value, good visibility, and an efficient system
We provide extremely good value marketing exposure of your accommodation either solely through Glaven Valley or in combination with other channels.
Our properties are easily found and efficiently searchable, so if you have availability, anyone looking for their holiday or break will be sure to find you.

Almost all of our customers renew year-after-year, (some have been with us for over 10 years!) and many of our new customers join us after positive recommendations from other holiday home owners. Our role is to help you make the most of your holiday home, and from our track record it seems to really work. That said, if for any reason you're not satisfied with Glaven Valley in the first 6 months, just drop us an email and we'll be more than happy to arrange a full refund. We're proud to say that to-date, we've yet to have a customer ask.
