Inside the cottage

Positioned just off the Quayside at Wells-next-the-Sea, close to restaurants and shops, and bus stop within 30 meters. This newly refurbished 3 storey cottage has sitting room, downstairs toilet and a lovely equipped kitchen/diner, with bi-fold doors to access the outside brick weaved area. This has B-B-Q and tables and seating for relaxing and for enjoying the open playing fields, with views of the Pinewoods and sea. The first floor has a double room with ensuite shower, a bathroom with bath and shower, a kingsize room with sea views. The top floor has a super kingsize bed which can be used as 2 singles.

Outside and garden

The terraced back yard is brick weaved and has a sand stone area. It has seating and tables and a B-B-Q, for outside entertaining and for a quiet coffee in the morning. There is a lovely playing area beyond the back garden wall, with open views to the Pinewoods and the beach. The garden can be accessed via the side passageway also. There is no allocated parking, but there is free parking outside the cottage on the road. Also a large pay and display carpark within 30 meters.
