Outside Property

We have one parking space for sole use by guests staying at the cottage.
There is a rear south facing garden with patio area, 4 patio chairs and dining table.

Surrounding Area

We are a few minutes walk north to the Quay where you can watch the boats and go crabbing, or eat fish and chips looking out to sea.
We are equally close to the Buttlands going south. This is a Georgian square with various pubs and restuarants.
Going east within a few minutes is Staithe Street with the renowned Granary Theatre and a good selection of shops including a butcher, baker, fishmonger and newsagent.
A further 20 minute walk along the picturesque coast path takes you out to Holkham bay which has miles of wonderful sandy beach.
