This lovely 4 star Norfolk Seaside Cottage is exceptionally well equipped with all modern conveniences including a Home Cinema in the Basement for rainy days and lazy evenings. Well's Quay is only a quick minutes walk and the abundant shops and pubs all very close by. The living room, kitchen, breakfast room, double bedroom and mezzanine all enjoy views of the harbour, channels, salt-marshes and sea.
A great feature of Crows Nest Cottage on the coast is the large lounge with high vaulted ceiling, open wood burner and sea views. The kitchen breakfast room also has a vaulted ceiling and sea views. The accommodation is very flexible and able to sleep and comfortable seat up to 10 people or can equally be enjoyed by a family of 5 or 6 that like the added space comfort, views and facilities.
Crow's Nest Cottage is full of things to help all the family enjoy their holiday. In the kitchen there are dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, 6 burner twin oven gas cooking range, round breakfast table with sea views. In other areas of the house: WiFi Broadband Internet access, Flat screen TV, Table football, Home Cinema and 100+ films to enjoy should the weather not be ideal, DVD player, Radio and iPod docking station, a selection of books and games a BBQ and an open wood burning fire in the lounge for cosy nights. The house has under floor heating throughout. and a rare thing in Wells TWO PRIVATE PARKING SPACES.
Outside Parking for two cars, an enclosed walled garden area for relaxing and dining alfresco. There is also rear access to the garden with an under-cover area for storing bikes, canoes and other outside items.
Crow's Nest Cottage is in the heart of Wells, meaning it's wonderfully close to the stunning sandy beach as well as the quaint shops along the quay here.
There's plenty of shopping facilities in Wells, and the larger town of Fakenham is a few short miles away. The historic village of Walsingham is close, as are some other stunning beaches and bird watching sites.
