Cobblers Cottage, 60 High Street, NR23 1EN has been completely renovated but still retains the charms of the original cobblers shop with its many features including a flint & chalk wall and beamed ceiling in the large lounge /dining room and a collection of lasts for shoe making and repairs.
Comfortably furnished with 2 large settees, flat screen TV with freesat & DVD player and lots of reading material. Gas central heating throughout the cottage, also with woodburner effect electric fire in lounge. Free WIFI.
The kitchen has all the essential items to make your stay home from home,including electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer box & washing machine and overlooks the small patio private garden with garden furniture.
There is also a downstairs toilet off the rear entrance lobby with plenty of room for muddy boots or sandy shoes, depending on the weather & time of year!
Upstairs is a double bedroom with double bed, overlooking the garden.Comfortably furnished with bedside table/lamps, chest of drawers & hanging space whilst the 2nd bedroom has large bunk beds & own washbasin, also with bedside table/lamp and wardrobe.
The bathroom comprises a toilet, washbasin, bath with electric shower over and has recently been refurbished with soft painted walls and wooden floor.
Bed Linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

Short breaks available, minimum 2 nights, during Jan/Feb/March & Nov/Dec £55 per night Sun - Thurs, £75 per night Fri - Sat. £30 surcharge applies for 2 night bookings. Dogs £10 extra, normally maximum of 1 large or 2 small dogs.
If you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason this must be in writing. If it is possible to re-let the property a refund of any money paid will be made up to the amount received from the re-let, less a £40 administration fee.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY ON EXISTING BOOKINGS
Until further notice our standard cancellation policy is superseded with the following terms, if existing bookings need to be cancelled as a result of Coronavirus:
A refund of 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded, or alternatively the full deposit may be used against a future booking for a holiday taken within 12 months of the existing holiday date.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY ON NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 18/3/20
Until further notice we undertake to refund any monies paid on new bookings made after 18/3/20 if it is necessary for you to cancel your booking due to Coronavirus.
The quiet rear garden is dog proof with its own entrance. Parking is available at side of neighbouring property or alternatively 50 yards away there is free street parking on Church Plain. Patio furniture comprises table & chairs.
Normally weekly lets only commencing Saturdays from Easter - October.
Short stays out of season November to February/ March. Well behaved dogs welcome. Prices noted above.
Cobblers Cottage is situated away from the bustle of the quay front but within a short walk of all amenities including pubs, restaurants and shops.
You can explore miles of coastal walks and inland footpaths with many watering holes along the way! Or walk through the pinewoods leading to wide sandy beaches. Sandringham & Holkham are close by as well as the towns of Holt, Brancaster, Burnham Market and many other villages with good eating places.
Cosy cottage with all the comforts of home. Enclosed garden in quiet but central part of Wells.
