Ground floor accommodation consists of open plan sitting and dining areas and modern kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a TV in the sitting area. There is also a dining table, 6 chairs, logburning stove and views into the rear garden. First floor: bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Upper floor: bedroom with a kingsize and a single bed and lovely views over the quayside and harbour. Free unlimited Wifi.
Steep stairs typical of a period cottage could be hazardous for active toddlers and the less active elderly.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Saturday changeover only in high season.

The cottage has a small but very attractive sunny rear garden with table and chairs. There is parking available within 10 metres of the cottage for the row of 4 cottages and ship chandlers. This area can park around 10 cars, there are no allocated spaces - but most times you can find a space..
