Ground floor accommodation consists of open plan sitting and dining areas and modern kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a TV in the sitting area. There is also a dining table, 6 chairs, logburning stove and views into the rear garden. First floor: bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Upper floor: bedroom with a kingsize and a single bed and lovely views over the quayside and harbour. Free unlimited Wifi.
Steep stairs typical of a period cottage could be hazardous for active toddlers and the less active elderly.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Saturday changeover only in high season. Sorry, no pets.

The cottage has a small but very attractive sunny, south-facing rear garden with table and chairs. There is parking available within 20 metres of the cottage for the row of 4 cottages and ship chandlers. This area can park around 10 cars, there are no allocated spaces - but most times you can find a space..

Situated within 50 metres of the quayside which can be viewed from the upper rooms and the North Norfolk Coastal Path in the lovely town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this desirable property is the ideal holiday spot for those who enjoy birdwatching, walking, photography or simply savouring the beaches of this stunning coastline. The town's main shopping street is a 2 minute walk away.
