Enter The Old Store from Freeman Street and you walk in to the colourful accommodation via the open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with wi-fi, Sky TV, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, cooker, coffee machine, microwave and cupboards full of crockery and utensils. Children are well provided for with a baby bath, travel cot, stair gate, step and highchair as well as plenty of unbreakable cups, plates and cutlery.
Through into the hallway you can hang your coats and hats and store your shoes. There are two bedrooms leading from the hall, one with a kingsize bed and built in wardrobe and the other with either two single beds or a super king-size bed. Linen and towels are provided, all you need to bring are beach towels. The property is centrally heated and has on demand hot water plus an electric fire in the sitting room for the coldest nights. It's cool in the summer thanks to the thick walls and cosy in the winter.
Three steps with a banister lead from the hall to the bathroom with a walk in shower, loo and basin plus the separate loo/laundry that has the washing machine, iron, airer and ironing board.
The back door at the end of the hall leads to the garden, which is up six steps (with a banister).
The property is dog friendly.

Sleeping Arrangements

The Old Store has an open plan sitting, dining, kitchen and two bedrooms; a kingsize bed and twin or super king bed, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. There is a lovely sunny garden and a parking space. Internally the accommodation is on one floor apart from 3 steps up to the bathroom and loo/laundry. There are six steps from the back door up into the garden, there is a bannister. The property is dog friendly and a few minutes walk to the Quay.

Outside Property

The garden is fully enclosed with fencing and a secure gate that leads to the parking space on the driveway at the rear of the property. There's a table and chair set and a garden shed that has outdoor/beach games and equipment along with crabbing gear and the tools for the BBQ. There are planted borders and leafy trees, along with a gravelled area to make for a relaxing outdoor environment. Festoon lights provide ideal illumination for long evenings over an outdoor supper.

Surrounding Area

Wells-Next-The-Sea is a delightful working fishing port with a wealth of character. There are lovely shops for both bits and food, a great walk to the beach alongside the harbour - unless you hop on the electric or open top bus -great pubs and cafes plus the amazing delights of the beach with its beautiful beach huts on stilts. The sand goes as far as the eye can see and seals are often spotted on the banks.
The walks along the coast are stunning and there are so many places to visit, Holkham Hall, Blakeney, Morston Quay, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Hunstanton, Brancaster, Tichwell Nature Reserve to name but a few. In fact so much to see you'll want to come back time and time again.....
