There are two twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room, a good sized well equipped kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with French doors which lead to the enclosed private garden. The whole annexe, which is all on the ground floor, has central heating so you will be warm whatever the Norfolk weather. There is ample parking in the drive for your car/boat and bicycles can be stored in the annexe garden.

Crabbing on the Wells quay, enjoying pancakes on a Dutch sailing barge, wondering down Staithe Street or spending time on the beach are all an easy walk from The Old Police House..

There is ample free off-road parking for three guest cars and/or boats. There is also secure area for bicycles etc.

There is a small West facing garden suitable with seating and table. French doors access the garden from the sitting room.

Situated in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. A couple of hundred yards from both the Quay and Town Centre and a two minute walk from the Coasthopper bus stop.

Wells is one of the most attractive towns on the North Norfolk Coast. From the long sweeping beach bordered by pine woodland, along the bustling harbour with small fishing boats, sailing barge and children fishing for crabs, past the shops on Staithe Street with not a chain store in sight, to the tree-lined Buttlands with its fine Georgian houses, quiet pubs and restaurants - Wells is an unspoiled seaside destination, waiting to be discovered.
