Description

It is a spacious, beautifully presented and well equipped cottage. It has been sensitively updated but retains the characteristics of a 300 year old cottage. It provides comfortable accommodation for any time of year. The main entrance leads directly into the open plan ground floor which consists of a dining area within the fully fitted kitchen containing a washer/drier, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. A wide arch leads through to the sitting room with a wood burner, comfortable sofa and armchairs. Wi-fi available, digital TV which combines DVD, CD and Radio. Selection of books, DVDs and games for adults and children.

Stairs lead from the sitting room to 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom has a double bed with a curtained annexe containing a single bed. A DAB/FM radio, hair drier, iron and ironing board are provided. The second bedroom has 2' 6" twin beds. Equipment for young children is provided. Electricity, gas, all bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are included.

The cottage is available for weekly self catering holidays commencing on Fridays throughout the year and for short breaks out of season.

Outside Property

There is a private sunny garden with furniture and shed for bikes and buggies.
It contains logs, kindling and garden games. Parking for one car is outside the owners cottage at 6 Honeymoon Row.

Surrounding Area

Two minutes walk from the Buttlands, shops and quay. Wells has a beautiful beach and is an outstanding area for walking, biking and bird watching.
