The apartment is on the first floor, with stairs and lift.:

The central hall leads to a well equipped kitchen, with Bosch oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Also wonderful sea views.

The sitting room is light and spacious, with french windows and a juliet balcony, again with spectacular sea views. There is a large sofa & chairs, TV with freeview, and DVD. Free WiFi.

Through an arch is the dining area, with table and 4 chairs.

The bedroom has twin beds which may be linked to make a super kingsize bed. There are bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and fantastic views of the sea.

The bathroom has a P bath with an efficient overhead shower, WC, hand basin and a large airing cupboard.

The apartment is fully carpeted and has central heating.

There is good level access.

We take short breaks on Fridays for 3 nights and Mondays for 4 nights ONLY DURING January and December. Please ask for prices.

Surrounding Area

The apartment is right on the quay with spectacular views of the harbour and across the marshes out to sea.
It is close to the shops and only a short walk to the town centre and the Buttlands.

There is a miniature railway to take you to the beach, which is wide, white and long, with very pretty beach huts. The beach curls round to Holkham.

Seal trips are available from nearby Morston and Blakeney.
