Inside the cottage

St. Nicholas Cottage in Norfolk (photo 1) Charming, cosy and spacious fisherman\\\'s cottage in the heart of Sheringham. St Nicholas\\\' Cottage is in an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property is deceivingly spacious, with 3 good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a dining room.

The house has been fitted with high-quality furnishings and oak furniture. A great deal of thought has gone into those little extras that will make your stay that much more enjoyable. We have provided a washer/dryer and a dishwasher to save you time. The lounge is equipped with a HD TV and Blu-Ray DVD player.

St Nicholas\\\' \\\'Cottage is one of the oldest buildings on record in the town. We have tried our utmost to restore its character and history, preserving the exposed beams and opening up the fireplace to its former size.

The cottage has only been receiving guests for a couple of months so everything is practically brand new. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our previous guests. Feel free to read our reviews on Trip Advisor: http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/sheringham/211427.

Outside and garden

St. Nicholas Cottage in Norfolk (photo 2) There is a private enclosed garden to the rear of the property equipped with a table and chairs and a BBQ. There is a small patio area and a lawn. The garden is a real sun trap. There is a removable linen line to dry your washing. There is also a small table and chairs undercover on the patio so you can enjoy the garden in all weathers. Both the kitchen and dining room doors open onto the patio. The garden is well-kept and decorated with planted tubs and borders.

There is secure parking available in a private garage a 3 minute walk away from the property. This a complimentary facility we provide for our guests. If you have more than one car, there are three council-owned car parks within a five minute walk of the property, for which a permit can be purchased from the Tourist Information Centre. This costs pound;27.50 for the week and can be used in any council car park in the North Norfolk area, so you can also use it on day trips. You can also find nearby off-street parking in the surrounding streets.
