An historic, two bedroomed flint cottage in Sheringham. Just a few minutes walk away from the beach and town centre, with the benefit of off-street parking.

April Cottage is built in a traditional Norfolk style; brick and flint walls, with a clay pantile roof. The property is double glazed, and has central heating making for a cosy stay throughout the year.

The light, open plan living area includes a lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and a breakfast/dining area. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, separate fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, and microwave. Local interest literature, some games, and a collection of books are also available.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, with a double bed, and a stylish twin room with bunk beds. Both rooms provide a set of drawers and built-in wardrobes; we supply an abundance of hangers for your clothes. The well-fitted bathroom comprises a bath with an over-bath shower, ideal for a long soak at the end of a busy day. A cot for a baby and a stair-gate are also available upon request.

Quality bed linen, bath/hand towels, and a bath-mat are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea-towels.

Wi-Fi Broadband is available throughout.

The changeover day is Saturday. You are welcome to arrive after 2pm and please vacate by 10am on departure day.

This is a great location for all twelve months of the year. It is ideal for summer or winter breaks and so April Cottage is available throughout the year; short lets are often available - please ask for details and prices.

Parking for a single car is at the front of the cottage.

This pretty flint cottage is situated in a peaceful and beautiful area of Sheringham; it is just off the heart of the busy town centre, a short 5-minute walk, where you will find the pubs, shops, and restaurants of the warmly welcoming seaside town. The cottage is within strolling distance of the beach, where the Norfolk Coast path passes by.

Sleeping Arrangements

4 people - front bedroom has a double bed, and the rear one has bunk-beds. A cot can be provided if requested.

Outside Property

There is a dedicated parking space in front of the property.
