Sleeping up to twelve guests in luxury accommodation we aim to share our holiday home with couples, families and friends and provide a luxurious, relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.
The accommodation briefly comprises of:
A large and very light open plan kitchen / dining / living area with sliding doors onto the garden bringing the outside in. The kitchen is equipped with Corian worktops, a dishwasher, two Siemens ovens, a warming drawer, an induction hob, a huge American style fridge/freezer, a wine fridge and an instant hot water tap.
The kitchen leads into a snug, which has a large sofa and TV.
Leading from the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 12 people which in turn leads to the living area offers luxury seating, a 43" internet TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime access and a HDMI DVD player.
Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a house cloakroom with loo and hand wash basin.
There are six luxuriously appointed bedrooms; one on the ground floor, four on the first floor and one on the second floor. All bedrooms have Satellite TVs and ample wardrobe and/or hanging space for clothes.
Bedroom One: To the front of the house, a beautifully appointed bedroom with a super king bed, fitted wardrobes, TV, and an en-suite shower room. This room can also be set up as twin bedded room if required.
Bedroom Two: To the back of the house, a twin bedded room with a fitted wardrobe and TV. This room can be offered as a super king room. Bedroom Two shares access to the first floor family bathroom.
Bedroom Three: To the back of the house and with a king size bed, TV and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom Three shares access to the first floor family bathroom.
Bedroom Four: A double bedroom which can be offered either as a twin bedded or super king room with hanging space for clothes and access to the family bathroom.
Bedroom Five: A huge room occupying the whole of the second floor, with a super king bed, en-suite shower room, walk in wardrobe, TV and views from the Velux Windows to the sea.
Bedroom Six: A bijou ground floor bedroom with a double bed, hanging space for clothes and TV. This room share access to the family bathroom on the first floor (though there is a downstairs cloakroom immediately across the hall).
All beds are made with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, large fluffy towels, robes and slippers are provided for all guests. We also provide Gilchrist and Soames Spa Therapy hand wash, body lotion and hair and body wash in each bathroom..
At the rear of the property is fully self-contained and private garden with a large patio area, lawn, outdoor rattan table and chairs for 12 and a gas BBQ.
To the front of the property is off road parking for up to six cars.
North Norfolk is a unique and special part of the UK. Imagine a slower pace of life, with friendly locals, beautiful beach and country walks, a thriving High Street with independent shops and you have just a taste of what makes Sheringham such a fantastic place to spend your holiday.
A train station connects Sheringham with Norwich where there are trains to London and both the Midlands and the North West. A Coastal Hopper bus service runs from Cromer to Kings Lynn, stopping at wonderful seaside villages along the way.
