A modern town-house style semi-detached property over three floors Flintstones sleeps five in three bedrooms, one of which is a child's room, additionally there is a nursery/dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom for a baby or toddler up to 4 years old. A folding bed can also be made available for a slightly older child only. The maximum party number accepted is 6 (maximum number of adults 4) with one dog (£15 extra per week or part thereof) more than one only at owners' discretion, please arrange at time of booking..
Changeover day is Friday and out of season or late availability short breaks are offered. We ask that guests depart by 10am on the last day of their holiday please.

Comfortable sofas & chairs with an electric living flame fire to complement the gas central heating.
Flat screen TV with family Sky package, DVD player and Bluetooth enabled soundbar. Wifi broadband.
Bookcase and sideboard with books, games, and local information.
To the right of the dining room is the well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and separate electric fan oven, built in microwave/grill, spacious fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster.
First floor: (A stairgate is fitted at the top of the staircase)
Bedroom 1 – A spacious room with a King size bed and windows to the front and side with views over Beeston Common. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Ensuite shower room with WC and handbasin.
Dressing Room/Nursery. This room is suitable as a bedroom for a child of four years or under. A toddler bed or travel cot is available (please let us know when booking if you require either of these – you will need to provide your own bed linen for the travel cot) and a baby bath, potty and high chair can also be provided on request.
Bathroom: WC and basin, heated towel rail, enamel bath.
Second Floor: (A stairgate is fitted at the bottom of the staircase)
Bedroom 2 – A spacious room within the eaves so there is limited headroom on two sides. Twin beds (which can be linked to make a super Kingsize), wardrobe, chest of drawers. Dormer window with views over Beeston Common.
Bedroom 3 – A single bedroom, suitable for a child and a second folding bed can be provided for another child only (on request). Child sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room is also in the eaves and on two sides has limited headroom.
Bed linen is provided (apart from for the travel cot). Guests should bring their own bath and beach towels please.
There is a driveway with parking for two cars and a small front garden laid to grass.
A stable door from the kitchen leads to the fully enclosed garden which has a small lawn and a patio with a picnic bench/table seating 6.
There is a storage/bike shed for guests’ use and a gate through to the front which can be locked with a padlock for added security for bikes etc. A rotary washing line is also available. Guests may also use the barbecue.
Please be aware that Flintstones is situated on a comparatively busy road and at peak times of day some traffic noise may be heard.
The sandy beach is approximately a ten minute walk. During the peak months some areas of the beach do not allow dogs. The sea-front has an attractive promenade with beach huts. A putting green is nearby. There are numerous ice-cream shops, gift shops and a couple of amusement arcades.
There is a convenience store a two minute walk away from the house, a larger supermarket (open until 11pm Mon-Sat) around ten minutes’ walk or three minutes’ drive. Sheringham town centre with its eclectic range of independent shops including butchers, bakers and greengrocers is a ten minute walk – either via the main road or on a quiet traffic-free footpath and ‘back lanes.’
There are a range of places to eat in Sheringham – many of which are dog friendly too. The nearest to Flintstones are The Dunstable Arms pub and the delightful café at the Priory Maze & Gardens (lunchtimes only). Both of these are just a short walk from our front door.
A children’s play park can be found just along the main road towards the town.
There are many walks directly from Flintstones. Beeston Common leads to Sheringham Woods and Pretty Corner Woods, which contain the lovely tea gardens.
