Fishermen’s Cottage has been sympathetically refurbished to offer comfortable and cosy holiday accomodation retaining elements of its past and only 150m from the beautiful blue flag beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham.
Sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms we aim to provide a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.
Whilst close to the beach and town the cottage has a unique and peaceful atmosphere with a deck over the stream running through the garden providing a restful sun trap.
Please note: Varying levels and steep stairs make this unsuitable to the less mobile.
The accommodation comprises of:
A cosy sitting room to the front of the property with comfortable seating for up to eight guests and a log burner that is easy to use and in the winter makes the cottage warm and cosy. There is a large flat screen smart TV with SKY and a DVD player. Fast broadband is included in the rental. The cottage also has a well stocked supply of family DVDs, books and games.
The sitting room leads to a beautifully fitted kitchen which has everything you could need to make your holiday home from home, equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and a fridge and freezer together with Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen leads to a comfortable dining room that provides ample dining space for six guests with a cosy chair and reading lamp - ideal for either a quiet moment with a good book or perhaps a doze after taking in the sea air.
There is also a small utility room with washer/dryer, microwave and second fridge, coat hooks and boot racks with an outside door to the courtyard garden.
The ground floor bathroom comprises a large bathtub and an over bath shower.
To the first floor are two comfortably appointed bedrooms;
* A spacious bedroom to the front of the property with a king-sized bed with fitted cupboards
* A small twin bedroom to the rear of the property
Stairs lead to the second floor opening into the third bedroom with twin beds and more fitted cupboards.
All bedrooms provide hanging space and we supply an abundance of wooden hangers for your clothes. All high quality bed linen, bath and hand towels and bath-mats are provided. All the beds are made up with hypo-allergenic 10.5 tog duvets, and all our beds have quality mattress and pillow protectors.
Just a two minute walk away from the beautiful beach and five minutes to the wonderful High Street, Fishermen’s Cottage is available for both weekly and short break hire throughout the year.
One well behaved dog accepted subject to agreement and an additional fee of £25 per stay.
Less than maximum occupancy may be subject to a lower letting fee and short breaks are considered.

Great restaurants too and all within a short walk of your cottage.".
