Broadside Cottage is a large semi detached white walled property in a fine location in the sought after seaside town of Sheringham.
It is a spacious, light and airy feel house ideal for holidaying summer or winter.
There is a fully fitted kitchen which feels new as the property was renovated only s few years ago.
Kitchen facilities include: Microwave, oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine.
Lounge area has 3 leather sofas, Free sat sky TV, DVD, and flat screen TV.
The adjoining dining area connects to the lounge and seats 6 at the table and has a patio door out to the al-fresco dining area on the rear patio.
There is a downstairs W.C. just off the stairs to the first floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all have a roomy feel, one double on the front aspect and a twin and bunk bedded room to the rear aspect of the house overlooking the long garden.
A travel cot is available to use in any bedroom that you choose.
The front garden has a lawn bordered by high private mature hedges with a drive in front of the house long enough for two cars.
The rear of the property has a patio area with a round table that seats 6 just outside the dining area, this can also be accessed from the kitchen door too.
Down some steps from the patio area is the remainder of the long lawned rear garden ample space for ball or racket games.
Sheringham is a highly sought after location for a great holiday in North Norfolk.
Some would argue that the development of Sheringham and its activity based attitude has made it the premier seaside town in North Norfolk.
The sea, beach and facilities are excellent and attract locals and visitors alike. There is always plenty to do and see in the town alone.
If you want to travel further there is West and East Runton to the East and Cley, Blakeney and Morston to the West.
Further West is Wells next the sea, Brancaster, Hunstanton and Heacham.
There are plenty of large estates that you can visit Holkham Hall and Sandringham House are favourites as is Blickling Hall.
