The ground floor comprises a large open plan kitchen diner together with a spacious, airy living room and cloakroom. Upstairs in the main house, there are three large bedrooms (1 ensuite double, 1 double, 1 twin) and a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside at the back of the property, very close to the main house, there is an annex featuring a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
There are well kept gardens at both the front and back of the property, including BBQ facilities and outdoor seating. The gate in the back garden leads you to a picturesque walk along the cliffs and to the top of Beeston Bump, where you can enjoy stunning views of Sheringham. The town centre and local beaches are within easy reach of the property via the coastal path.
Situated on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, Sheringham is ideally placed to truly enjoy the best of Norfolk.
Shops, restaurants, family pubs, lifeguarded Blue Flag beach, theatre, North Norfolk Steam Railway and golf course are all found within a few hundred metres, with The Splash pool and leisure centre only one mile away.
To the west is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which includes Blakeney Point and vast stretches of salt marshes, ideal for bird spotters.
There are also a number of stately homes in the area, the two closest being Felbrigg Hall, which is one of the finest 17th-century country houses in East Anglia, and Blickling Hall, a magnificent mansion and the childhood home of Ann Boleyn.
