Apartment Eight was purchased by the current owners in May 2015 and was fully modernised and refurbished. A refresh redecoration was also carried out in January 2020. A first floor apartment accessed via a flight of stairs, featuring a Hallway, open-plan Lounge and Dining Area with fantastic sea views and featuring a 32" LCD TV with Freeview, a fully-equipped and modern Kitchen with all new appliances, 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom and a Bathroom with a bath/shower over, WC and basin. In addition a Highchair and Travel Cot can be provided upon request (but please bring own bedding for this). All beds have quality Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.
Includes Unlimited Broadband/WiFi and a designated parking space within a small private car park.
Sorry but no pets are allowed, and no smoking.
During the summer holidays only weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday can be accepted, however please do enquire regarding short breaks at other times.

Apartment Eight is situated in a quiet area approx. 800 yards (five to ten minutes walk) from Sheringham Town Centre. Sandy beaches, via a slipway and steps down to the promenade, are on your doorstep. Beeston Hills Putting Green and the Norfolk Coast Path which takes you over Beeston Hill (famous Sheringham landmark with glorious walks and coastal views from the top and rich in flora and fauna) are also just opposite the apartment.
The seaside town of Sheringham appeals to all ages, making it a perfect holiday destination. The Town has expanded over the years providing many diverse shops, eateries and great places to visit. The sandy beaches at Sheringham hold the European Blue Flag award for cleanliness which it has held for many years. An 18-hole links golf course, with its cliff top layout and panoramic views to Blakeney Point, provide golfers with a delightful course to play.
Sheringham holds many events each year including the Crab and Lobster Festival in May, Morris Dancing Festival in July, its own Carnival in August and the North Norfolk Railway’s increasingly popular 1940s weekend in September. The North Norfolk Railway runs steam and diesel trains along the ‘Poppy Line’, a five mile stretch of railway with unrivalled views to the coast, linking the towns of Sheringham and Holt.
North Norfolk itself is renowned for its spectacular coastline, wildlife and seaside communities. The area is very popular with birdwatchers and you can even take a boat trip to see the seal colony from nearby Blakeney Point or Morston.
Sheringham is close to the popular Georgian market town of Holt and also Cromer, famous for its pier stretching proudly out to sea.
The Norfolk Broads, known as ‘Britain’s magical waterland’, is only 30 minutes by car and has over 125 miles of navigable lock-free waterways set in beautiful countryside, it is the perfect location for activities such as sailing, motor-boating, canoeing, fishing, walking and cycling.
If you like National Trust (NT) properties and historic houses, locally there is Sheringham Park (designed by Humphry Repton and famous for its rhododendrons and azalea walks), Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate and Blickling Hall and Gardens.
