This delightful mews cottage derives it's name from a former bakery just off the High Street.
Heading towards the sea, Cooperative Street is first right after the town clock. This lovely property is tucked away, yet close and convenient to all amenities. It takes just minutes to walk to the town and beach. Restaurants, pubs, shops, The Little Theatre and the sea are all on the doorstep.
Accessed from the ground floor, the front door opens to an entrance hall and downstairs bathroom, with shower, bath and WC.
A short staircase leads to a landing which accesses the pretty bedroom with king-size bed. From there the landing leads to the kitchen and sitting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with small icebox. There is a gas hob and electric cooker. The sitting room is comfortable, light and airy and has a small dining table. There is a freeview TV and WI FI.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The property sleeps two adults only, (sorry no children) and is strictly no smoking.
We would consider 1 small, well behaved dog.
Fully centrally heated, it is ideal for Winter stays too.
7 night stays preferred ( and cheaper for you) but minimum of 3 nights is considered..
It is possible to park in front of the property for loading and unloading only.
On road parking is available close by, also parking permits can be obtained from North Norfolk Council or the local Tourist Board. Long stay car parks are within a 5 minute walk with free overnight parking.
Cycle hire is also available near by.
There is a small private, shingled, sitting area outside the property and a folding table and chairs are provided..
This delightful property is central to all Sherinham's amenities, yet tucked away down a quiet side street.
