Alder Lodge has oil fired central heating, modern audio systems on both floors which are ipod and iphone compatible; free Wi-Fi, FreeSat TV, and DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is a table tennis table and plenty of books, games and puzzles to keep all age groups entertained. Plus lots of toys for children, including a train set. Stairgate and highchair/booster seat are also available.
Beach hut at Old Hunstanton is fully equipped.
There is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and shrubs. The garden can be accessed through a gate at the side of the house or directly onto the patio area from the sitting room or conservatory. There is a door to the garage from the garden, which contains ping pong table, dartboard, BBQ, garden furniture, 2 adult bicycles and pushchair.
There is ample parking for 2-3 cars on driveway, which is to the side and front of house. An open front garden with pathway to front door. There is also an outdoor tap and washing line.
Sedgeford is brilliantly located just a few minutes from the Norfolk Coast and Peddars Way. Whether it is beaches, walking, bird-watching, golf, pampering, or history and culture, you won't have to travel far. You are also close to Norfolk Lavender, Walsingham Farm Shop, and Farmer Fred's Play barn.
We are spoilt with the award winning King William pub and restaurant. Every summer an ongoing archeological dig takes place on the outskirts of the village, where many incredible artifacts have been unearthed including a beautiful Iron Age Gold Torc now in the British Museum.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac, yet only a minute's walk to the pub and a few minutes to a well equipped playground.
Don't forget the added luxury of use of a beach hut on the beautiful Old Hunstanton beach.
