'Sea Henge Cottage' has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard by the owners who live adjacent to this comfortable cottage by the sea. Offering two bedrooms with a king size and double bed, this stunning retreat is relaxing and versatile should an additional family member wish to join you!

Entrance Hall with ample space for coats, boots, flip-flops and a large mirror reflecting space and light.

Spacious ground floor Cloakroom with WC and vanity wash basin.

A well equipped kitchen with belfast sink, kettle, toaster and Smeg coffee maker, oven and hob as well as a large free standing fridge/freezer perfect for chilling your Sauvignon Blanc & Verve de Clique!

A relaxed living/dining space is ideal for kicking off your shoes after a busy day or enjoying supper followed by board games or simply chill with your favourite novel on the sumptuous sofa or armchair. In the warmer months throw open the French doors onto the decked veranda and enjoy 'al-fresco' dining in the pretty courtyard garden.

Beyond this relaxing space is an inner hallway with screen separating the cottage from the owners utility space (please see photos for reference). A steep staircase leads to the first floor sleeping accommodation and en-suite shower room.

First Floor:

With two bedrooms available the larger (Bedroom 1) offers a king size bed with bedside tables, lamps, ample storage and gives access to the only shower room.

En-suite Shower room - with WC, wash hand basin and step to walk-in shower enclosure with electric shower* There is also a velux window and heated towel rail.

The second (Bedroom 2) has a double bed, this sits against the wall therefore this may only be suitable for one adult or perhaps an older child.

A wonderful retreat in the Victoria seaside town known locally as ‘Sunny Hunny’ where the sun meets the sea offering glorious sunset views.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Shower Room is located off the MAIN BEDROOM ONLY and is therefore en-suite to the master bedroom. It is also worth mentioning that access into the shower cubicle is slightly smaller than standard, but still practical for the average sized person.

Outside Property

Garden: There is a small enclosed courtyard area outside the french doors for exclusive use by guests having a subtle nautical theme with table and chairs ambient lighting; a great spot to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple on a warm evening. There is gated and private access at the side of the cottage with the owners having their own private access at the front of the house.

Parking: A single off-road parking space is available as well as roadside parking.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Pets: No pets are permitted at the property.
Also provided: All linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Books and games. Welcome tray.
Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Maximum occupancy 3 guests.

Surrounding Area

An ideal couples escape with so much on your doorstep, fondly known as 'Sunny Hunny' there is just so much to do in this idyllic spot where the sun meets the sea. Take a gentle stroll along the promenade or through the Esplanade gardens, visit one of the many eateries or enjoy fish & chips sat on the green looking out to sea! A popular seaside town hosting a variety of soft sandy beaches close-by and stunning Cliffs. All within walking distance and well worth a visit.

Hunstanton also boasts a delightful Deli, Coffee Shops in abundance and a theatre for that special fun night and cinema showings! Park up the car and explore the town on foot, with so much on your doorstep we promise you won't get bored. There are numerous beaches close-by and for nature lovers why not visit the popular bird reserve at Holme-next-the-Sea.

The more adventurous may wish to explore the wildlife by water with a trip upon the Wash Monster or relax with 9 holes of golf at Searles resort.
