Traditional brick and flint North Norfolk coastal cottage, positioned down a delightful flint walled lane which leads directly to Overstrand beach.
The cottage has been recently renovated and updated, but retains all its character, with a wood burning stove and beamed ceilings.
The accommodation comprises of a sitting room with wood burning stove and TV, DVD & Wii, 2 bedrooms upstairs,one leading off the other, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
The modern, well appointed kitchen leads through to the dining room and to the bathroom with underfloor heating.
Linen and towels are provided, Wifi and games, dvds and local information.
Changeover day is Friday.
Please note that this traditional Norfolk cottage has typically steep stairs and a downstairs bathroom.

1 double, 1 twin plus cot.

Outside Property

Outside there is seating at the front and rear of the property, making for flexible living.
Both areas are enclosed with access available from the front only.
This cottage has no parking due to the quiet location and one way lane. We suggest that guests drive down The Londs, unpack, and then park the car.
Free parking is available on the surrounding streets or the nearby beach carpark which is pay and display.

Surrounding Area

Overstrand, a crab fishing village just to the east of Cromer and within walking distance either along the beach or by the cliff top path. It has safe sandy beaches, ideal for young children to build sandcastles , play beach cricket and football, or hunt for crabs. Within the village there is a grocery store, Post Office, two public houses and a restaurant, but no amusement arcades. It is within reach of all North Norfolk's attractions and The Broads.
Royal Cromer golf course is 1 mile away.
