If it rains, the cottage is spacious, with huge rooms; central heating plus real log burner; dining table sits 8; unlimited wifi; flatscreen tv/dvd player; 2 fridges; separate freezer; all mod cons; 2 huge bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, one downstairs, and the one upstairs is ensuite and was refurbished in November 2020; separate rooms for dining, sitting, kitchen (new in 2022), utility room, downstairs shower and loo; all recently updated; perfect for families or 2 couples, seating and sleeping easily 5 people, plus squeeze up space for extra friends and space for cots. (Maximum occupancy is 5 adults).

One dog maximum with an additional £40 charge. Two dogs may be allowable upon express prior agreement of the owners.

The cottage is ideal for children as it is 3 minutes walk to the sand on the beach and 2 minutes to an updated adventure play ground. You can hire cycles in the village or Cromer in the peak seasons.

The cottage has a fabulous period interior, a log stove plus central heating, modern fully equipped separate kitchen (new kitchen installed 2022), dining room and sitting room, and a downstairs shower room and toilet. Unlimited Wifi and unlimited car parking outside the front door.

The updated upstairs bathroom is en suite to the large king size bedroom.

Second bedroom has 3 hotel grade single beds.

Sleeping Arrangements

Under new management: 30 May 2023 review;" Yes, we had a lovely time". Recent new kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms: rear is a king bed bedroom with full sized bath and shower in the large ensuite, and the front room is a twin room with single or king bed; plus further shower room and toilet downstairs. Separate dining room, sitting room, kitchen, utility, and enclosed front courtyard with bench, and to the rear is a further enclosed courtyard then full garden with lawn and patio, and both have outside furniture.

There is plenty of space in the secluded garden and outhouse for bikes, pushchairs and surf boards. Free parking outside with no restrictions. Teak table and chairs and BBQ.

We are honestly 3 mins walk from the sand on the beach, and 2 minutes for the children's adventure playground.3 National trust properties within 20 minutes drive, and we are 30 minutes from Blakeney.
Driving range and Royal Cromer golf club less than 1 mile away. Great on-beach walks and runs at all tides, sand is 3 minutes' walk from cottage. Cliff top walk to Cromer; excellent local shop and pet/ garden centre, and local café plus pub/reasturant and historic hotel all within easy walking distance of the cottage. Familes and a dog welcome. Fabulous beaches for swimming and surfing. Local market/ car boot plus coffee and cakes on cricket pitch every THURSDAY in the summer. Bar in cricket club in the summer.

Village hotel offers great food for a more formal occasion.

3 National Trust properties are within 15 minutes' drive offering fantastic bike rides. There is an indoor pool in Sheringham, plus local outdoor and indoor pools on nearby holidays parks.
