Picton Cottage is a charming traditional brick and flint cottage, with sitting room ( TV and DVD player), dining room, modern well-equipped kitchen and cosy 'reading room'. Free WiFi available. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double with en-suite WC and wash-basin, one twin and one room with full-size bunk beds. The main bathroom is all new for 2021! With WC, washbasin and bath with over bath shower.
Picton Cottage offers modern comfortable accommodation, with off-road parking and a pretty enclosed garden. It is ideal for a family sea-side holiday, and exploring North Norfolk.

Guests should be aware that this charming cottage is well over 100 years old, and has the narrow staircase and low doorways associated with such properties.

There is ample off-road parking for two cars at the front of the cottage.
At the rear there is a pretty walled garden, with lawn and decking area, including table and chairs. A BBQ is provided for guest use. A swing ball set on the lawn, and ping-pong table in the summer-house will keep younger visitors amused..
Picton Cottage is ideally situated for holidays all year round. Sheringham town centre is a short ten-minute walk away, with its popular beach, twice weekly market, busy High Street full of independent shops, and of course the Poppy Line - the North Norfolk Steam Railway.
The excellent Coast Hopper bus stops a few metres from the cottage, and a convenience store next-door supplies all your every day requirements. The Dunstable Arms on the other side is a friendly family run pub serving excellent food.
North Norfolk has such a wealth of attractions and activities there is something to suit everyone. From walking, cycling and bird-watching, to golf on the local links course, fishing off nearby Weybourne beach, to visiting National Trust Properties. Norwich is less than an hour away by rail on the 'Bittern Line', and there are many attractive towns and villages to explore, with excellent pubs and restaurants serving local produce and sea-food. Take a boat-trip to watch seals on Blakeney Point or enjoy a swim at Splash Leisure Centre..
