Mill Pond Cottage has undergone full refurbishment.
Located only 150m from the beautiful blue flag beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham. Sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms the cottage will provide a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.
The accommodation comprises of: Kitchen with everything you could need to make your holiday home, with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and a fridge and freezer with breakfast bar, sofa and smart TV. Dining room that provides seating for eight guests leading to Sitting Room with log burner, large flat screen smart TV. Fast broadband is included in the rental.
The entrance hall/utility room has washing machine and second fridge, coat hooks and boot racks with a door to the garden. Ground floor WC.
To the first floor are three well appointed bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with twin beds (zip'n'link by prior arrangement) and smaller bedroom with small double.
The second floor bedroom has twin beds and a day-bed that can be made up as a full sized single bed to make the room a spacious triple bedroom.
All bedrooms provide hanging space with hangers. White bed linen, bath and hand towels and bath-mats are provided.
Courtyard garden, with secure store and parking for one car. One dog permitted by agreement subject to additional charge £25 (additional dogs may be permitted at the discretion of the owner and by agreement)
This is a cottage dating to 1860s and has steep stairs and low door heights with step level changes to both entrances so is less suitable for the less mobile. During peak season weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, otherwise we are flexible with changeover dates subject to availability and short breaks may be available in low season. Outside there is a small terrace to the front of the property with steps to Beeston Road. To the rear is a private courtyard garden with deck over the stream (fenced for safety) with table and chairs.
Parking for one car to the rear with lockable store for your own bikes, boards, wetsuits beach gear etc. Charcoal BBQ is provided for your use.
