Surrounding Area
Overstrand is a beautiful, quiet ,picturesque village with a sandy dog friendly beach .
The village is small but boasts a local shop, the White horse gastro pub and the Sea Marge hotel serving both serving quality food ,all within close walking distance.
The Grove hotel is also only 5 minutes by car and has a fantastic restaurant and awarding winning massage studio and open teas ,open to non-residents.
Walk along the beach from Overstrand to Cromer or walk via the clifftop walk (aprox 45 minutes).
Cromer has a traditional pier and a mix of shops including a gem shop, traditional sweet shop, fishmongers ,antiques shops and various charity shops.
The pier is nice to walk along and is a good place to eat your fish and chips.
The popular Gunton Arms and Suffield arms are only a 12 minute drive.
Holt and Sheringham are only a 20 minute drive
