Just off the kitchen is a small conservatory that leads to the rear patio garden.
Leading into the front of the house from the kitchen is a very useful seating area often used by the younger generation with games and toys and its own flat screen TV.
In the front of the house is a large and very comfortable lounge/dining room. Lovely large sofas make this a great place for all the family to relax after a hard day holidaying locally or touring the many offerings around Norfolk.
Venturing upstairs you have a large hallway and landing space with three bedrooms a lovely bright and airy double to the rear, a twin bedded room to the side and a beautifully furnished king size to the front of the house. Upstairs you also have a bathroom and separate WC.
There is a small garden to the front of the property and a lockable gate to the side. Through the gate, there is a private side and rear patio area with table and benches for alfresco dining on warmer days. A small shed for storage and very smart raised bed areas made form railway sleepers.
There is on road parking to the front of the property.
Hunstanton is a great place for a holiday it has all the character and charm of being one of the first holiday destinations on the Norfolk coast.
The long beach front has all that you could wish for from a coastal town, sea, sand, water-sports, long promenade, shops, amusements, band-stand, restaurants, pubs, cliffs, lighthouse, bowling greens, large grassed picnic areas, pitch and put golf, seal trip excursions and sea life centre to name a few.
Nearby is the Queens Norfolk retreat of Sandringham which has a museum and visitor centre, this is a great day out.
Only 20 minutes away is the larger town of Kings Lynn, perfect for serious shoppers, it also has plenty of nightlife too, quay-side restaurants, theatre and cinema.
