Description
Willow House Bed and Breakfast is a detached 1930s house in Holt , offering a warm welcome and comfortable stay just a few minutes stroll from the centre. Holt is a beautiful historic town in North Norfolk and a few minutes drive from the coast. A young, friendly Burmese cat Louis lives here too.
There is a double bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor with separate entrance and double and single room with separate bathroom also available. All rooms have WiFi, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
There is a dining room or breakfast area where you are welcome to enjoy a freshly cooked full English breakfast or you can choose from muesli, porridge, cereal, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, croissants and toast. All produce is local wherever possible and much is organic. Vegetarian and vegan options are all available.
It is very much home from home here and lounge etc are all available.Sorry no pets- a Burmese cat lives here! No smoking inside the house please.

There is ample parking in the drive so no worries about trying to find parking in Holt. There is also secure undercover storage available for bicycles.

Holt is well known for its interesting shops, art galleries, antique centres, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and is just a few miles from the wonderful North Norfolk coast.
This attractive region has great opportunities to sail, swim, walk, cycle, visit National Trust properties or just relax. It is popular with artists and photographers and is famous for birdwatching.
How to find Willow House:
From Norwich by car - take the A140 towards Cromer and at the first roundabout after the airport follow the new signs to Holt since the Norther Distributor Rd has been built. When you get near Holt proceed straight over the roundabout before the town and then turn right into the High St and town centre.
Follow the High St round and bear left at the Memorial then continue up the Cromer Road for a few minutes. Willow House is a cream detached house on the main road just past the garage and on the corner of Eccles Rd ( a private gravelled road). There is a triangular School traffic sign on my bank - just turn into the drive after this and park. The house is opposite the playing fields of Gresham's Preparatory School with views of St Andrew's Church.
From Fakenham by car take the A148 to Holt which is about 15 minutes.
By bus/train - Holt is easily accessible by bus or train from Norwich to Sheringham and then bus from Sheringham. A lift might be available from Sheringham depending on day and time of arrival.
