Description

The open plan sitting and dining room is pretty and welcoming with two comfortable sofas, a side table, lamps, smart TV and a fireplace to relax in front of.
The sitting room has a shallow step up to the dining area, which has has a country pine kitchen table and four chairs providing the perfect space to eat together.

The kitchen leads through to the dining space and has a range of wooden base units and shelving above, a free standing gas cooker, microwave, kettle, washing machine and an under counter fridge. A free standing freezer may be found in the storage cupboard.

The bathroom is off the kitchen and features a walk-in electric shower, wash basin and loo.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms off the central landing and a separate loo and washbasin.

The principal bedroom overlook the garden at the rear and has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom, at the front of the cottages, has two 3ft single beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe.

There is a travel cot and high chair available in the cupboard in the dining area.

Outside Property

Outside there is a pretty, private garden which is fully enclosed with a round table and 4 chairs. There is also a bbq for your use.

Restricted on-street parking is available between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday or free outside these times. Albert street car park is a very short walk away and weekly tickets are available to purchase.

Surrounding Area

Holt is a very popular and charming Georgian market town, close to the North Norfolk coastal villages of Blakeney, Cley-next-the-sea, Salt house, Weybourne and Kelling.

Holt has a fantastic array of quality, independent retailers, plus art galleries, antique shops, excellent butchers and bakers and a host of cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs.

The town is just a few miles from the coast and within easy reach of Fakenham, Sheringham and Cromer. There is a useful train service between Sheringham and Norwich.
