Daisy cottage provides very comfortable and well presented accommodation for those couples and families wishing to enjoy a quiet location yet with all the amenities of the historic Georgian market town of Holt on their doorstep as the cottage is located just off the end of the High Street. Wi-Fi is available at this cottage.

Upstairs are the double and twin bedrooms both of a good size with stylish décor, good quality pine furniture and mattresses. The large family bathroom with freestanding rolltop bath, separate shower cubicle WC, hand basin and large heated towel rail is also located on this floor.

From the stairs you enter the sitting room which is large, light and airy. At one end is a sofa overlooking the garden - a lovely quiet seating area. At the other end are squashy sofas with an electric stove in the style of a woodburner and TV & DVD player providing the focal points.

The recently renovated kitchen which overlooks the garden is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,fridge with freezer compartment and of course oven and hob. For easy serving there is an exposed window and pamment shelf from the kitchen to the dining area in the conservatory. There is a good sized, lawned garden and patio to the rear of the house with secure parking for at least one car (two smaller cars may be accommodated with care).

A superb retreat, perfect for family holidays or a romantic break for two.

Saturday start dates & weekly stays during high and peak seasons. Though ideally suited for parties of 4, a small child can be accommodated in a travel cot in the twin room by prior request.

We regret we do not accept pets and do not permit smoking.

There is a good sized garden with lawn and patio to the rear of the house with secure parking for at least one car (two small cars may be accommodated with care).

Please note: there is approx. a 1.5 ft height from the lawn to the pathway around the house, so small children must be supervised.

There is restricted height for parking - maximum 74" (Land Rover Discovery OK).

Surrounding Area

The cottages is tucked away but less than 2 minutes walk to Holt High Street where all that you might need may be found - plenty of places to eat as well as an excellent choice of food shops including a Budgens supermarket and Bakers and Larners food hall as well as independent butchers, fishmongers and greengrocers. Retail therapy is of course also available in abundance. A little further afield, there are a choice of Naional Trust and English heritage sights as well as many coastal resorts for both bathers, birdwatchers and walkers. The Poppy Line steam railway giving access to Weybourne and Sheringham is a popular attraction as are the Muckleburgh military museum and Norwich City centre. Public transport links are also good for those who wish to leave the car behind.
