Set in my 8 equestrian acres here at home in Edingthorpe.South facing brickweave patio with steps down from the lodge.5x10 m grassed area included for the dogs.Table and chairs outside for alfresco dining. Not overlooked. 2 carparking spaces at the lodge. More parking at the tennis court. Owners Private swimming pool is available April to sept. (30 degrees+). Daily use in the afternoons. Tennis court and 3stables /4 paddocks/ sand/rubber manege available. 2 lorry spaces available.300 acres to ride round and the beach is hackable ( Bacton )
20 mins box up to Cart gap. Or Blickling hall estate is 20 mins drive too. Dog crate provided.
Surrounding Area
Forest edge is in a conservation area and nestled away on a “quiet lane” away from the main roads. Just 4 minutes drive will take you to Bacton and Walcott beaches, and around 12 minutes will get you to Cromer. I back directly onto Witton woods and it is very doable to walk to the beaches if you’re walkers.Its Lovely and cool in the woods in the hot summers . We are in the driest part of the county so I ask no bbq no naked flames. Also because of the horses being here.
We have a multitude of various birdlife here in my grounds and deer, foxes are a regular occurrence. Badger sometimes too.
I ask dogs to be on leash when outside the property as I have koipond and hens and the horses too, but the woods is just through my gate! No roadwork for dog walking or hacking your horses!
North walsham is our nearest town here. Offering Waitrose Sainsburys and a Lidl/Costa/Roys.
I know all the best eateries and places to visit as I grew up here .
We are only 5-10 mins drive to areas of the Norfolk Broads,and numerous National trust properties and areas to walk/hack.
Bacton beach is hackable on horse , with Cart gap beach being a 20 min box up for another option .(both Sandy)
