Outside Property
There is off-road parking for two cars, and from here 11 steps lead up to the front door. The front looks out over a small cottage-style garden with a high trellis at the boundary where climbing plants offer privacy and colour for most of the year. At the rear is a courtyard patio which is an excellent sun-trap. The table and chairs enable sitting or eating outside, and a simple charcoal barbecue is available too.
Surrounding Area
Easy access to the coast or countryside, either on foot or in the car. Local enjoyable walks include Bacton Woods. Weavers Way, Paston Way and along the coast. Mundesley and Bacton are the closest coastal villages; Bacton has a well-stocked village shop, tasty Fish and Chips, a Chinese takeaway and a large cafe. Mundesley offers similar but is bigger so there is also a Post Office, Butchers, Chemist and Greengrocers. The city of Norwich is approximately 20 miles away so ideal for a day trip, as are the Norfolk Broads.
