With a fantastic open plan kitchen dining room, this cottage offers a great space for family gatherings. The light streams into this space, which leads on to the comfortable lounge with a log burner.
From the kitchen diner there is direct access to the new patio and delightful, private, enclosed garden. The new kitchen has all the appliances you would need - a generous double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine are all at your disposal. A dining table for 8, highchair and toddler seat that attaches to a chair is also provided.
The lounge features 2 sofas, a love seat and side tables. A large smart TV with access to many channels, including Netflix and Disney. A drawer full of puzzles and games to entertain the whole family. There is a log burner available for guests use too.
The bedrooms and family bathroom are all off the hallway. 1 double bedroom looks over the pretty back garden with a comfortable Feather and Black bed and a loaf mattress. The other double bedroom, although slightly smaller, benefits from an ensuite shower room with WC and sink. This room has a lovely velvet double bed with a Loaf mattress. The third bedroom is a bunk bed room with 2 bunk beds - ideally sleeping up to 4 children. 4 comfortable singles.
All bedrooms have black out blinds and are kitted out with plenty of wardrobe space, wooden hangers and bedside lights.
The family bathroom has a large sink, WC and a bath with a shower over.

Outside Property
Arrival at the cottage is via a private shingle driveway, so the cottage is tucked away , giving the immediate feeling of total privacy.
There is a pretty cottage garden at the front, side and rear of the property. High hedges and well filled borders. Roses climb up the outside at the front and against the house on the patio at the back too. The garden is fully enclosed which is ideal for children and dogs. There is a lovely little apple tree which guests are welcome to help themselves to. The grassed area is plenty big enough for an array of garden games and the lovely patio features enough seating for all guests. A BBQ and crabbing buckets are available for guests use in the garden shed.

Cley next the Sea is a picturesque coastal village, noted for its fine 18th century windmill, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fine coastal walks.
Cley was an an important trading port in the middle ages and is now best known for its renowned nature reserve. Between the village and the sea, you will finds Cley Marshes, a nature reserve owned by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and is their oldest and best known nature reserve. It offers some of the UK's best birdwatching.
The cottage is tucked away in a perfect tranquil spot, away from the high street but within walking distance to the Cley Deli, Cley’s famous windmill and the North Norfolk coastal path, the position is delightful. You can walk to all the village has to offer. 2 fantastic pubs - The George and The Three Swallows, the art galleries, the deli, Artemis cafe, The famous Cley Windmill, the Cley Smokehouse, Cley Pottery and the second hand bookshop to name just a few! You can easily walk to the beach and the nature reserve. Close by is wonderful Wiveton, Salthouse, Blakeney and the Georgian Market Town Holt. So much to see and do in the surrounding area and a wonderful base for all that the North Norfolk Coast has to offer.
