Turnip barn has a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining & living area, with beautiful open beams and original flint walls throughout.
There is underfloor heating to keep you cosy in winter and patio doors opening onto a veranda, with views to our pond, to enjoy in the warmer months.
A large master bedroom in situated in what was the old stable, which has room for an extra single bed & travel cot if desired.
In the main living area is a comfortable double zbed or 2 singles can be made up. There is a sizeable modern bathroom equipped with large shower/bath, all towels, linen and utilities included.
Microwave,fridge,freezer,washing machine,freeview T.V, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and if you have any other special arrangements that you might like, to make your stay with us even more enjoyable, we will try and accommodate you.

There is parking at the front of the property with easy access to the front door by a slope.
To the rear of the barn is a secure (dogproof),enclosed, pretty courtyard, so that you can enjoy sitting out in the summer.
Situated on our 120 acre mixed farm, accessed via a quiet country lane, surrounded by local footpaths (accessible on foot) it is perfectly located for birdwatchers, walkers and dog lovers alike.
Local shop/garage & pub 1.5 miles away.
Very close to the North Norfolk coast a haven for wildlife and beautiful walks, sailing, visiting the seals on Blakeney point, and lovely beaches.
The historic Georgian town of Holt is only 5 miles away.
