Cutty Sark Cottage has recently been beautifully converted to a two bedroom holiday home and now offers luxury self catering accommodation for up to four people in the Jewel of the North Norfolk coast.
Just five minutes walk to beach and ideally situated to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
The accommodation provides:
* A spacious and well equipped open plan living / dining / kitchen with an original inglenook fireplace with log burner, a feature book nook in the original staircase, a range cooker, an integrated washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a dining table with space for four people and a comfortable sitting room area with flatscreen TV and a well stocked games cupboard
* A spacious double bedroom with a kingsize bed and velux windows ideal for stargazing
* A cosy twin bedroom
* A separate luxury bathroom with a bath and overbath rainhead shower.
All quality bed linen, bath and hand towels and a bath-mat are provided. All the beds are made up with hypo-allergenic 10.5 tog duvets, and all our beds have cotton mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors. In the kitchen is a well stocked under-sink cupboard containing washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea-towels.
Great for families, couples and friends the cottage offers luxurious, quirky accommodation, with lots of interesting features.
Two Cutty Sark is available for both weekly and short break hire throughout the year and can be hired alongside The Old Smoke House, which is just opposite.
Outside the cottage is a wonderful, sunny courtyard area with a bench, table and chairs and even an outside tap to rinse those sandy feet!
Parking is available on the road outside of the common.
Situated on the coast road between Sheringham and Cromer, East Runton is a small village with a wonderful dog friendly beach and an expansive common.
Well served by a few local shops and some great pubs and restaurants, it is a perfect spot to simply arrive, relax and not worry about having to get back in the car for the duration of your stay or a wonderful base to explore the delights of North Norfolk.
