Front entrance into a comfortable lounge with two chairs and Freesat smart television, DAB radio, DVD player, books, games and cards, which leads onto a well equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
An ash wood staircase (13 treads) takes you to a smartly presented bright bedroom with king size bed, oak furniture, Freesat smart TV, which leads onto the bathroom en-suite with a generous low level walk in glass cubicle with overhead rain shower and flexible shower head, wc and wash basin.
There is NO ground floor toilet
