Newly refurbished 2 bedroom holiday cottage ideally located in a quiet turning but within walking distance of the village centre. The weather-boarded cottage has an en-suite/shower room with its master bedroom looking out over the rear garden and a generous sized twin room with beds that can be zipped together to form a second kingsize bed. A well equiped kitchen, a separate family bathroom (bath & over bath shower) and a large lounge area with doors opening to the patio and rear garden. The Old Joinery has a secure good size garden, a small patio (with furniture) and parking for two cars.

The Old Joinery has parking for 2 cars (car port and a space adjacent to the house). The rear garden has a small patio, with seating for 4 people and a fully enclosed lawned area surrounded by mature trees and a fence.

Surrounding area

The Old Joinery is an attractive property located in the centre of the beautiful village of Cley-next-the-sea. All village amenities are just a short walk away including pubs and restaurants, dellicatessan, a variety of shops and galleries. Within two miles is the famous Norfolk Trust Reserve with bird watching across the salt marshes, the beautiful coastal village of Blakeney is approximately 1 mile and the Georgian town of Holt is only 4 miles away. There are numerous pubs and restaurants within easy reach, there are beaches at Cley and Weybourne and there is a huge variety of marshland or coastal walks. Those wishing to use Cley as a base to play golf can visit nearby Sherringham GC, or slightly further afield are the fabulous links of Royal West Norfolk and Hunstanton.
