Honey Cottage is a warm and cosy cottage with a light airy feel - a real home from home! All rooms overlook the garden and fields beyond.

Entrance Hall

Utility Room
Fully equipped with sink, washing machine and laundry facilities, the tiled floor is ideal for muddy boots, with plenty of space for hanging coats. Leading conveniently to:

with shower cubicle and WC.

Lounge
Furnished with a comfortable corner sofa seating 5, an additional beanbag, coffee tables, widescreen 32 inch Freesat TV and DVD player, and broadband WiFi. Lamps provide ambient lighting and a good selection of books, maps, games and DVD's for all ages can be found on the bookcase. Enjoy, but please don't feed the seagulls!

Kitchen
Overlooking the garden and patio, is fully equipped with electric fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all the cooking implements, oven and tableware you would have in your own home.

Dining Room
With wooden flooring and cosy lighting, the oak table accommodates six with comfortable dining chairs, oak sideboard, micro hifi system with CD, Radio and i.pod/i.phone dock. The understairs storage is ideal for suitcases with stairs leading to:

3 Bedrooms
Sleeping 5 guests in one kingsize, one double and one single. All bedding, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot is available on request. Ample storage is provided with wardrobes and drawers in all rooms. Hairdryer supplied.

Family Bathroom
Bath, wash-hand basin and WC.

Pets
Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Please bring your own feeding bowls and pet bedding. We do not allow pets to be left in the Cottage unattended and please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs. We also make a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog per week to cover the extra cleaning.

Garden
Fully enclosed with parking for two cars, patio and lawn. Garden furniture and a BBQ are available in summer months.
Please note: the drive drops away on the right-hand side so guests with low-slung cars should park on the left-hand side, but do so entirely at their own risk - on street parking is available as an alternative.

Surrounding Area

Situated in the village of Sedgeford in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views across open fields it makes an ideal location for exploring North and West Norfolk. A super spot for walkers with scenic walks direct from the cottage and the Peddars Way passing through the village. Just 2 miles from the beach at Heacham and Hunstanton or explore a little further along the coast where you'll find pretty villages and stunning unspoilt sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holkham, to name just two! A number of top class links golf courses are within a short drive and the RSPB reserves of Titchwell and Snetisham are also on the doorstep. Stately homes are in abundance and the royal residence of Sandringham is just six miles away. Local shops can be found in Heacham and Hunstanton, take a steam train to the delightful little town of Holt, or try fashionable Burnham Market for a more unusual shopping experience and a little celebrity watching!
