Just over a mile from the historic conservation Market town of Holt and only five miles from the beaches of the Norfolk Coast this two bedroom traditional brick and flint cottage has been decorated and refurbished and is ideal for a weekend break or longer holiday. The cosy cottage features top quality furnishings, full central heating, double glazing, a modern ensuite shower room and bathroom as well as a private sunny garden with an idyllic stream (parents of young children please take note). The open plan living/dining room has a wood burning stove and is flanked by an updated kitchen/breakfast room on one side and two double bedrooms (both with ensuites) on the other. A well behaved dog is welcome and charged at an excess of £15.

Outside Property
The large gardens are a feature of the property and include secluded lawns and sitting areas as well as a stream fed by the nearby Letheringsett Watermill. There is ample parking, a car port with outdoor table tennis, a bike shed with bbq and due to its south and west aspect you can expect plenty of sun.
Surrounding Area
The nearby town of Holt has an excellent array of independent shops as well as a modern and well stocked supermarket. Visit the renowned Bakers and Larners department store and Byfords restaurant as well as the other excellent pubs and eateries in the town. The North Norfolk coast is just five miles north and includes the quaint and sought after seaside villages of Blakeney, Cley, Holkham and Moyston and the larger towns of Wells next to sea, Cromer and Sheringham. There are superb country walks in the immediate area and dogs are welcome at this cottage. The area of Wells is popular for bird watches and there are numerous top quality links golf courses with half an hours drive. The Kings Head Pub at Letheringsett is only a short walk.
