Houghton Farmhouse is a wonderful period country farmhouse with 7 bedrooms, suitable for 18 people.

It is located in its' own extensive grounds in the small village of Houghton St Giles. Little Walsingham is just a short drive down the lane.

There are 7 large bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms (1 ensuite). The country kitchen benefits from a walk in pantry and large utility room. There are two receptions and a large dining room, fit for 18 people to dine around the one table in style.

The main lounge benefits from lots of sofa space and the latest 'Smart TV', connected to the internet.

The house also boasts a games rooms with numerous games to appeal to all ages including; table tennis, table football, pool table, darts board and misc board games.

There is a heated swimming pool in the gardens (20ft by 8ft, depth of 4ft throughout with enclosure for all year around swimming. Close by is a six-person sauna..

Outside Property

The gardens extend to over half an acre, with a small orchard to one side. There is a lovely grass area for game and an area for BBQs etc.

Houghton Farmhouse lies in the midst of one of the most desirable and fashionable areas of the famed North Norfolk coast. It is just a 10 minute drive from the wonderful beaches of Holkham, Blakeney and Wells-next-the-sea.
Burnham Market, Holt and the Royal residence of Sandringham are also easily reached by car.
Little Walsingham is home to two great pubs and other restaurants, including the various pilgrim sites, & the 'Wells and Walsingham' steam railway. There are fantastic pubs and shops and many other attractions in all the surrounding villages. All these can be enjoyed easily from your lovely country house base.
