A very comfortable quirky themed one bedroom chalet sleeping up to 2,fully equipped and elegantly furnished to a high standard.
A well equipped kitchen with a cooker(separate grill compartment),microwave,kettle,toaster,crockery,cutlery,utensils etc likely to be needed for guests stays.
The lounge is spacious with A reclining quality leather settee,a dining area,with folding table &chairs,coffee table,wall mounted TV and storage cupboard housing games and books etc,Free wifi belonging to the park (not individual chalet owners)can be slow at times.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is made up with quality linen ready for guests arrival.
Please note Two Hoots chalet next door(1 bed sleeping up to two guests ) and The Happy Hedgehog (2 bedrooms sleeping up to three guests) are all situated on the same chalet park,privately owned and under the same management.We are therefore able to accommodate up to 7 guests in total when booking all three chalets together.
Tea towels are provided however please bring your own hand bath and beach towels.
Electric is operated by £1 coin meter.
Dogs/pets not permitted
No smoking(inside) policy,no candles and no bicycles allowed.
Check in time is 4pm.
The owner will meet guests at the chalet at 4 pm to hand over the key,show guests around and ensure they have all they need for their stay.

Sleeping Arrangements

The bee’s Knees is a quirky themed comfortable one bedroom chalet sleeping two situated on a very quite privately owned chalet park,a mere 5 minute walk to the stunning Blue Flag beach and all village amenities. The chalet next door(Two Hoots,one bedroom sleeping two ) and a third chalet(The Happy Hedgehog,2 bedrooms,sleeping up to three guests) are all situated on the same chalet site and are privately owned under the same management.Up to 7 guests can be accommodated when all three chalets are booked together,please enquire. Outside Property

Private allocated parking alongside the chalet.
A lovely sunny patio furnished with seating and a small table ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with a drink,overlooking the communal green.

Surrounding Area

All amenities and the wonderful Blue Flag beach is within 600 yards from the chalet.
Ample eating places,pub,restaurants,tea rooms,cafes,fish and chip shops a Chinese takeaway,a village butcher,seafood huts and a Tesco Express are all within a few minutes walk.
Individual gift shops,a ladies boutique craft shops,crazy golf,small amusements etc are situated in the village.
For guests wishing to venture further afield ,the popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham are within a 20 minute drive.
The City of Norwich is 17 miles and provides wonderful sight seeing and retail therapy.
Numerous attractions are to be found nearby for all ages and tastes(brochures provided) and a firm favourite with guests is a day at Horsey Gap to see the seals basking on the beach.
