Cooks Cottage is a two bedroom cottage in the centre of Mundesley village.

The cottage consists downstairs of a sitting room (two sofas, lots of cushions, TV, DVD player, coffee table, printer) a dining area (cupboards containing crockery/ glasses / picnic items, dining table with 4 chairs, Nespresso coffee machine), galley kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hand towel and tea towels also provided) and conservatory (metal bench and 2 chairs with padded seats, coffee table).

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom contains a Super-King size 6ft bed with Simba mattress, duvet, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels (one bath sheet and one bath towel per person), hanging rail, chest of drawers, tallboy and side cabinets. The second bedroom has two single 3ft beds with Simba mattresses, duvets, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels (one bath sheet and one bath towel per person), hanging rail and tallboy.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath. A hand towel and cotton bath mat are provided in the bathroom in additional to the rubber in-bath non-slip mat.

There is a retractable stair gate at the bottom of the staircase.

The cottage is strictly non smoking. Two small dogs welcome at no additional charge.

Outside Property

There is parking for one vehicle at the rear of the house. The garden is enclosed and South facing. In the garden there is a garden table with 4 armchairs plus large overhang umbrella. A barbeque is also provided.

Surrounding Area

This two bedroom holiday cottage in the centre of the village of Mundesley is an ideal location to base yourself for a holiday on the North Norfolk coast. Just a few minutes walk to the shops (PO, greengrocer, butcher, cafe/bakery, ladies clothes shop, hairdresser, ice cream parlour), Gold Park with football pitch, child's play area, skateboard park and outdoor exercise machines, Blue flag beach and pub.

Mundesley is close to a number of National Trust properties - Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park. Cromer is 6 miles to the West, Sheringham 12 miles to the West. To the East there is Sea Palling, Horsey and access to the Norfolk Broads.
