The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area feature a cozy log-burning stove. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer picturesque views of the creek and marshes. A small terrace provides direct access to the creek. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, bath, and shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Night storage heating ensures comfort throughout.

Sleeping Arrangements
Two bedrooms both overlooking the creek and marshes. Main double bedroom consists of a kingsize double bed. Second smaller bedroom contains a bunk bed with two full size single matresses. All bed linen provided.
Outside Property
Small outside sun-trap terrace overlooking the creek and marshes, with pub-bench seating, BBQ, and direct access into the creek via gated steps. Please note the creek is tidal. There is normally ample room for free parking directly opposite the front of the cottage.
Surrounding Area
Burnham Overy Staithe, North Norfolk, is a small picturesque coastal village situated on a tidal creek leading out to Scolt Head Island and the sea. To the east of the village is a stunning stretch of the Norfolk Coast path that links Burnham Overy Staithe with the sand dunes and Holkham beach.
Sail or catch the ferry up to Scolt Head Island (tide permitting). Or take a lovely walk along the coastal path to Holkham beach. Or maybe take a short drive (or catch the coastal hopper bus) to Burnham Market, Wells or Brancaster Staithe.
The cottage also benefits from "The Hero Pub" just a short walking distance away. The Hero Pub comes highly recommended although please book in advance!
