A unique Barn individually furnished with two four poster beds on the grouond floor plus one double and a single on the mezzanine and ensuites. Light and airy the barn is a great place to relax in front of the log burner after a hard day on the beach, sailing, in the mud or even bird watching ! Outside wash down facilities available for muddy pets ( perhaps even children) and bike/sailing gear storage.
No skimping on the quality of mattresses here! Comfort is key!!
Start date can be any day of the week. DIY bring your own linen.
The place getts really toasty in the winter with the log burner blazing - dosnt take long to warm up!

Next door is the village hall playground for children to let off steam and play ball games. There are pretty communal gardens and outside furniture to enjoy the south west evening sunshine with loungers and patio furniture at hand. Dog is just across the
court yard and into the fields.
The ancient priory ruins are just a stroll away. Raw milk and dairy products can be purchased from the Priory farm shop. The village shop is open 7 days a week and the Chequers pub provides good local food and atmosphere. Beaches nearby include Wells-next-the Sea, Holkham, Blakeney/Morston for sailing and seal spotting. Shopping destinations Holt and Burnham Market are all close by.
Superb walking country with displays of bird life all around Binham Priory (also well know for its classical concerts, Jazz picnics and art clubs). The stars at night shine brightly here - there is no light pollution and the sunsets are amazing in Norfolks' "big" skies.
