This is a sensitively converted period barn retaining many original features. Light filled, spacious living accommodation is combined with the very latest in contemporary fittings and fixtures.

There is a wide entrance hall with wood burning stove. The dining area has a long table, which comfortably seats 8-10. There is a south facing conservatory and sun lounge and the kitchen includes stainless steel double oven cooker, integrated dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and marble topped work surfaces. There is a utility room with washer/dryer.

Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, as is the family bathroom and separate WC with washbasin. There is also a DVD player, wide screen TV and Freeview digital channels.

The upper floor is galleried to the hall. It features an elegant sitting room, also with wood burning stove, and reclaimed wooden floorboards. Also on this floor is a further double bedroom with en suite bath and shower.

Location

Set in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, it is 7 miles from the Georgian town of Holt. The local coastal resorts are easily accessible, as is the Cathedral City of Norwich; some 30 minutes drive away. Close by is the historic Blickling Hall the one time home of Anne Boleyn.

Of particular interest to nature lovers are the nearby newly restored water meadows, abundant in flora and fauna. The village of Corpusty offers various amenities including an “open all hours” shop, pub serving food, and an art gallery.

Corpusty is a village not far South of Holt in North Norfolk.
It sits in rolling countryside in the Bure Valley not far from the river source and it is a lovely area for walking and cycling.
Corpusty is not far from the estate village of Heydon with the Earle Arms pub on the village green.
Corpusty has a shop and the Dukes Head pub and is renowned for its bonfire and fireworks. There are holiday cottages to rent, and you are away from the traffic and bustle of the coast which is only a few miles away.
