Hunky Dory is a spacious bungalow, a real home from home. Which is ideal for families, disabled, special needs & elderly. We are al on one level.
We are open all year round.
Full week bookings run Saturday to Saturday
short breaks priced at £100 - £150per night

We have 3 bedrooms; a luxury king size room, a double, and a twin room.
We also have a folding guest bed, plus travel cot.

There are 2 shower rooms .
The main one has a large walk in shower, with grab rails. A raised height toilet also with a grab rail.

There is a large open plan kitchen / dining room which is well equipped, including electric cooker, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, & microwave.
Plenty of plates, bowls, cups,mugs, tea pots & a cafetière, glasses, also plenty of saucepans , baking trays etc.

The lounge has leather 3 piece suite, & 2 leather winged high back chairs, 40 inch TV on the wall.

All bed linen is included (which is of excellent quality)
Plus Tea towels oven gloves & bath mats

We welcome well behaved dogs. MAX OF 2 (unless previously arranged ) an extra cost of £25. Per dog.

Outside Property

There is a private south facing garden / picnic area for hunky dory this is a stoned & paved area, surrounded with plants and shrubs..
There is a large permanent shelter with seats.
Also the garden has a wooden garden bench and picnic table. The garden is completely fenced all around, so safe for dogs.
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles behind a gate this is in front of bungalow .

Surrounding Area

Hunky Dory is situated on the south side of the town and enjoys countryside views. The town centre with its shops, pubs and restaurants or to the lovely harbour is a 10 minute walk away.
The Coasthopper bus is close by.
The Wells / Walsingham light railway is just a 5 minute walk.
Wells next the Sea is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast and to indulge in bird watching, walking, sailing, cycling or visiting the many large country houses in the area.
