The Little School House in Sheringham

Description

The Little School House was the site of Sheringham village school from 1875 until 1906. It has recently been skillfully and sympathetically updated to offer stylish self-catering holiday accommodation for up to six guests and one family dog.

Our aim to share our holiday home with couples, families and groups of friends, providing a comfortable and relaxing home from home experience.

The accommodation briefly comprises of:

A cosy sitting room with space for six, with a big bay window and a log burner. There is a flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player with a small selection of family friendly films and a Radio with an IPod docking station.

A spacious dining room, with dining space for six and a quiet corner nook in the bay window, with an easy chair and table - ideal for escaping with a good book and a coffee.

A well fitted kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, a large master bedroom, a smaller double room (with a 4ft double bed) and a stylish twin room All rooms provide either drawers or wardrobes and we supply an abundance of wooden hangers for your clothes.

The well-fittted bathroom comprises a large bath with an over-bath shower, ideal for a long soak at the end of a energetic day.

All quality bed linen, bath and hand towels and a bath-mat are provided. All the beds are made up with hypo-allergenic 10.5 tog duvets, and all our beds have cotton mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors. In the kitchen is a well stocked under-sink cupboard containing washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea-towels.

The Little School House is available for both weekly and short break hire throughout the year.

Outside Property

Outside, to the front of the property, there is a private courtyard area with outdoor seating, ideal for BBQs .

On-street parking is available just further up the road from The Little School House and directly opposite there is a pay and display car park, for which you can by a weekly ticket.

Surrounding Area

The cottage is Just one minutes walk to the blue flag beach and 3 minutes walk to the wonderful High Street and the famous Poppy Line Railway.
